Delivery + Returns
UK Delivery
Simple, fast, and easy.
Special limited time offer until 13th September: FREE delivery on all orders.
Normally free delivery on all orders over £30 and orders under £30 will be charged £3.50 for shipping.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for all shipments. Orders are normally delivered 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Dispatch & working days:
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are dispatched on the same working day.
We dispatch orders on UK working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping address:
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We’re unable to guarantee delivery to PO boxes, lockers, or third-party forwarding addresses.
Returns
30-day returns:
If you’re not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn
- be in their original condition
- be returned with their original packaging
Faulty items:
Faulty items are handled separately - get in touch at hi@vetosocks.com and we’ll make it right.
How to return your order:
- Email us at hi@vetosocks.com with your order number
- We’ll reply with the return details and next steps
- Send the item back to the address provided
- Once received, we’ll check and process your refund
Return shipping:
If you’re returning an item because it’s not quite right, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days - once the returned item has been received and approved.
