EU Returns & Cancellations

Your right to cancel or return
If you're based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return your items within 14 days - no reason needed.

The 14-day window starts from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item in your order. If the window ends on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Cancelling an unfulfilled order
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can cancel it directly from your account. Go to My Orders, find the order, and select Cancel order. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled - but you can still return it once received.

Returning a delivered order
To start a return, go to My Orders in your account and select the order you'd like to return. You have 14 days from delivery of the last item to submit your request.

A return shipping fee of £5 (or equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Conditions
Items should be returned in the condition you received them. Socks must be unworn and in their original packaging.
